What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I really enjoy the plate loaded bicep curl. It allows me to load up more weight without putting as much strain on my joints.
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I like to use the cable machine with the rope attatchment. It can be manipulated for a tremendous range of motion.
What calf workout has worked best for you?
Standerd calf raise with dumbells in hands.
