It's been great here, 85 degrees during the day Mid Forties at night. Too bad I can't send some of the good weather to everyone. Training going great, always wish the progress was quicker, but I have to be patient. Trying to add upperbody mass and drop a couple more %s of bodyfat. Hope your training is going well, can see you are making good improvements.

Doing great. The progress is slower then I like, but I hope to get there. I have to be careful to not overtrain, the drive is strong but I don't always allow for recovery. Hope to really get the upper-body built up. My legs are strong from carry excess weight most of my life, but upper-body is my weak point. Keep up the great work on BFL it gets dramatic results.
