Background: After my junior year of football, I was obsessed with gaining weight to play defensive end. I wanted to be 250. I was taking N.O. xplode, cellmass, vitargo, glutamine, bcaas. and weight gainers. Three times a week after speed camp i would go to mcdonalds, burger king, and wendys after football practice and order 2 crispy chicken sandwhiches, 4 double cheeseburgers, a snackwrap, and another chicken sandwhich. I thought i was getting quality protein but instead i was overloading my body with fast digesting carbs and poor quality protein. In January of 07 i got into and altercation with two players that resulted in me from being banned from team activities for 2 weeks and i was told i had to do community service in order to be able to come back to the team. Our team was, is, and always has been bad, but i was in the mindset that we could do it. I was only lying to myself. I decided what i did was not worthy of the punishment so i decided to quit the team. They only won 3 games haha. I went on a workout binge. I was at a grossly large 225 and i needed to change. I began lifting every day followed by abs, 2 miles on the treadmill, and 15 minutes in the sauna. I followed a extremely low carb high protein diet. In 5 months i lost 42 pounds and about 15% body fat. I was at a comfortable weight of 183. I was defined but way too small. I decided to continue my low carb high protein diet and 1 year later I am between 186-190. And have gained substantial muscle mass. I would like to continue gaining muscle and losing body fat. I really like my results so far and have had success in everything ive tried
