I got started just by choice (and just by watching any Van Damme movie) I felt it to be a good idea to treat my body as well as possible and give it the strength and protection to live a long, healthy life.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the feeling I get knowing I am taking strides to stay active and healthy, and the feeling of community from being around others with like interests.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated for me is not difficult because I love exercise, and knowing every day I am improving.
I want to add 10lbs to my frame. continue to increase my strength and flexibility, and start getting back into martial arts training again, man do I miss that!
Mike is an incredible athlete and an even cooler more down to earth guy. His experience and insight into weightlifting, nutrition, and supplementation have given me more guidance than any magazine. I always look forward to lifting with him.
Hey Matt!!! So nice to see you here! Thanks for the FR! She looked amazing and what an awesome person she is! I am so glad that she and I met...again. I feel blessed to have met her and look forward to cultivating a great friendship with her! You and my hubby can train and she and I can train! Yeah!
thas so kook bro....im starting to do more cardio a lot trynna get lean like u man..dont like to bulk it up...just lean it up..**** is hard though!! lol
hey friend. i actually canceled my LA memebership. i have til the end of august but between the track and boot camps and 24 hour fitness, i wasnt using la that much.. good to see you the other day. :)
