Currently I'm taking Nitrotech from Muscletech along with Guggulbolic and Fyre from Synthrax. Right now my workout consists of tri-sets, doing three exercises back to back. The first set for 30 reps, sencond - 12, third - 6 reps. I concentrate on one muscle group at a time, say chest and destroy it....usually six tri-sets will do it. All the best to you.

yeah, supplements are very interesting...gotta take your time and figure that one out. you know. what are you currently taking right now? have you thought about getting a trainer to help you out?
