How I Started:
Looking at myself in the mirror and not liking the physical looking back at me. So I had to make a change.
Why I Love It:
I am starting to love working out because it releases stress and make me fill empowered. Also getting a visual in my mind on what I want to look like and it becomes reality.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I want to be healthy and be here for my family. Showing all the negative people that anything you put your mind and heart to can be done.

Currently I'm taking Nitrotech from Muscletech along with Guggulbolic and Fyre from Synthrax. Right now my workout consists of tri-sets, doing three exercises back to back. The first set for 30 reps, sencond - 12, third - 6 reps. I concentrate on one muscle group at a time, say chest and destroy it....usually six tri-sets will do it. All the best to you.

Hey D! I know this is a "boring" response, but true nonetheless. DIET is key... along with any Cardio ur body deems necessary. I bet u got the structure. Just a matter of letting it out to show. Take Care. *smile*
