How I Started:
Towards the end of junior high a group of us would head over to the high school after school to lift at the football stadium with the high school athletes and coaches and I decided to tag along with them one day and fell in love with lifting.
Why I Love It:
Working out is my passion for living!
How I Stay Motivated:
What keeps me motivated is the self image I have of myself. I visualize the way I want to look in my head. Whenever I'm working out at the gym I visualize that image in my head and it helps keep me focused and hungry while working out.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any major bodybuilding accomplisments, but I've better educated myself over the past few years about bodybuilding and proper nutrition due to all the articles, helpful BB.com members, and forums found on this site.

Goal (Long):
For the winter of '09/10 I plan on clean bulking until the spring time. I have returned to the gym this past week (11/24) after being out of the gym for a few years due to a shoulder impingement injury. I'm looking to regain the muscle I lost during the 2 years that I've been out of the gym for. I'm also looking to shed some midsection body fat and strengthen my core.
