In the beginning, I started out by jogging and walking, and did some work out DVD's too...and joined NY Sports Club, and I go 6 times a week sometimes twice a day! I've been doing 3 Spin Classes a week, and I love it!
Why I Love It:
I'm starting to see results, I feel better than I ever felt in my life!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be happy, so I know this is what I have to do...for myself and NOONE else!!

100 lbs is nothing get on a good diet you will make it diet is the main ingredient to losing weight
I've lost 35 lbs since March of this year. It started off very slow and hard to do and got easier. These days is easier for me to eat right because it has become the natural way to eat. Good luck to you and stick with it. You already have the desire and thats all you need.

Thanks alot, I lost about 65 lbs about 5 months ago. Just stick it out!! I just made day by day goals to watch what i ate. It worked because I wasn't focused on a huge long term goal!!
