Hey, progress is progress. Slow and steady wins the race anyway. I'm fatter than ever (5 months pregnant), so I've stopped dieting and training for now. Just trying to eat healthy, and fit in some lite exercise.

Hi, I'm doing well. Just a few temptations, but that is to be expected. I hope you are doing well.

Thanks for the suggestions. Now that I take a good look at it, I probably could have left out the south beach bars (140 cal each) since I already had a protein (whey) and Carb (apple) source in those meals. Thanks for pointing that out for me.

I'm not participating in any challenges right now, except maybe to challenge myself to consistently make healthy food choices and exercise. I am using principles similar to BFL, just not doing the challenge.

Hey! It's good to see you're back in the game. I've been off the wagon for a while (had other plans up my sleeve), but after the holidays I may start up again. I am maintaining though. Work hard and know that the holidays don't have to ruin your efforts if you focus on maintaining.

Thank you for the details. This will help me alot. One more question...okay three more...how was your energy during workouts while dieting? And were you ever hungry...Im always hungry on a clean diet, but I'm going to give it an honest effort this time. Is creatine a good idea pre-workout? What I have has about 20g carb/serv.

Wow!!! Your transformation is awesome. I started the BFL challenge on monday, and I use running for the HIIT sessions. Do you mind telling me what a typical day of meals look like for you. Just need ideas for diff foods to eat.

Been there, done that. Just pick up where you left off and take it one day at a time. You can do this!!! 20 minutes of High intensity training 3x per week has been a big help for me.

Things are going good. It is a marathon and not a sprint so I'm being patient.
