My highest weight was 182 lbs. I was on and off the Atkins diet (cheating about 50% of the time). I took these pictures in preparation for starting a cyclic ketogenic diet for the new year.
Just checking to see if there are any visible results. The scale keeps fluctuating, but I've lost 2 pant sizes...(water weight????)
I have a serious problem...like many, I feed my emotional and relational needs, stress, and fatigue with food. When I'm happy, sad, mad whatever the emotion I eat (and this habit is supported by the people in my life). When I am feeling lonely I eat (my lack of self control and unwillingness...
Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well. So please forgive me for abandoning you and fill me in on what you have been up to these last couple of months. How are your workouts? Diet? Motivation? What are you looking forward too? Have your goals changed?

Thank you so much. It feels great when people notice changes. I was bad for over a week not to long ago, so it feels good to be back in the swing of things :). How's the BFL challenge going?
