Got down too 6.3% fat body lost 61 pounds. Time for some lean mass now.

Went from 205 lbs down too 144 lbs 6% body fat now I am going for lean mass. Time to go back to war with the weights and eat more complex carbs. To be big and as cut as my trainer Ben.

I love the orange! The green apple is not too bad, but the orange and watermelon are my favs.
