Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Got down too 6.3% fat body lost 61 pounds. Time for some lean mass now.
Goal (Long): Went from 205 lbs down too 144 lbs 6% body fat now I am going for lean mass. Time to go back to war with the weights and eat more complex carbs. To be big and as cut as my trainer Ben.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 3%

I love the orange! The green apple is not too bad, but the orange and watermelon are my favs. This may sound crazy, I have made popsicles out of my Xtend before just for something different..lol.
