You have to remember roids are very dangerous. Do your homework champ. If Thats what you want go for it. Ive done roids off and on for years. it works. You just have to be ready to deal with the side effects.are you?

two bowls oatmeal one shake 50grams protein. 2nd-3to4 granola bars,shake 30 grm protein. 3rd lunchtime 2to3 sandwiches,fruit.4th preworkout 6to 8 perogies,shake 30grms protein.5th supper 2 chicken breasts or fish(easy to digest)LOTS OF PASTA. Then a shake before bed. let me know how it works for u. cheers

Hey man Try taking a fast acting protein during the day and immediatly after your workouts. Take your syntha 6 before you go to bed. Syntha 6 is a time released protein which is great for bedtime not good during the day. Your transforming your body into a machine which needs nourishment right now.give it a whirl and see what u think. U should see immediate results
