wanted a new hobby and I had a couple buddies into it. So I gave it a whirl and 5 years later here I am.
Why I Love It:
Its so aggresive and competitive. You can never blame someone else only yourself.

Im going to compete next year. Have a stepdaughter and a son on the way. If I dont do it Know I never will.

i agree with you on the eating one bad thing comment, its just shows how much our bodies respond to food and the importants of fueling ourselves rite.
I am working really hard on my lower abs they are so stubborn, pretty sure i need to kick it into high gear with the eating so they will pop more. Hope your week started well. ttyl
