good to hear! Yeah been sometime. I competed in June and did ok 10th place felt good, now tightenting up and growing like crazy. I am at 260 now and getting freaky for next year man!!

hey A. Whats up man. Just working it out in the gym. I have two weeks to go then start dieting for shows in september. so dar, so good with back. done with therapy. slowly gettin into some of the leg and back exercises. thats about it. sounds like work is picking up for you.
