wut up dnt ;) man im great a lil sick now because its spring in here and little bit cold you know :) nope training was going fine fine maybe because i don't use supplements... you know protein creatine and others.my weight decreasing now im weight 100 kg damn...thats hurts ;D and how about u?
Hi, I thought your body really looked much leaner after the three weeks. Whatever you did seems to have worked very well. I wonder if you made any chnages in your diet and if so what exactly did you change?
BTW... Houston is been beautiful the last couple of weeks! We are definitely enjoying the coolness we have finally gotten! (Its NEVER COOL here... always HOT!) lol!
