Silly picture, I know, not much to show to others, but to me that's pretty good. I feel great...just got done with the gym and feel great!!!
Still about the same as before. I haven't been able to get into a routine because my schedules since Jamaica has been work and school...I have to be somewhere every single day!!!
Still would like to lose more fat. However; I'm going to concentrate on building up some muscle.
Goal (Long):
I am going to stay away from weight loss supps for now and see what happens. I've got my protein and NaNo Vapor or N.O. Xplode (whichever I prefer) to hit the weight hard. Made it through my Jamaica vacation with gaining 5 pounds but have been able to lose all but 2 of those. I would like to see my bf % go down to 12 or less. Not worried about weight because I want to gain muscle, but I do want to see the tummy area trim up more.
I've looked at the pictures of Kris before his transformation and after. I think what he did was great. Today is the last day of his video trainer on bb.com and I must say it was great. I believe I can get the body I've always wanted now that I have the information found from Kris's videos!! Thanx much!!!
Making that kind of a change at 47 really inspires me because if he can do it I can do it at 29...or at least there shouldn't be anything stopping me from doing it aside from myself. Also, he's willing to help if you just ask...Thank you beachboy47!!!
Well I have been using BSN NO Xplode and Cellmass for 1 tub of each. I have to say I noticed a difference in recovery and endurance when I added Cellmass. NO xplode by itself was great, but it really took shape when coupled with Cellmass. I gained some lean mass and hopefully that will...
I just joined and was looking to see if anyone else from around green bay was on here. Good to see you are making progress, I just started again after loosing 30lbs last year, and im going for another 40. Well, good luck and happy lifting.
