How I Started:
My table tennis coach advised me to bulk up a bit to give more power to my game. I decided to bulk up a lot!
Why I Love It:
I am a perfectionist and bodybuilding allows me to plan every part of my life and track progress. Unlike any other sport, putting in the hard work gives you results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated by short-term and long-term goals that I set for my self. I try to lift as heavy as possible in every session, making training challenging and difficult.
