How I Started:
My table tennis coach advised me to bulk up a bit to give more power to my game. I decided to bulk up a lot!
Why I Love It:
I am a perfectionist and bodybuilding allows me to plan every part of my life and track progress. Unlike any other sport, putting in the hard work gives you results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated by short-term and long-term goals that I set for my self. I try to lift as heavy as possible in every session, making training challenging and difficult.

None to date.

Teenagers that stand around watching each other lifting way too much weight, incorrectly, generally thinking they own the place

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't do it, but if other people find it helps them then it really doesn't bother me, I've usually got my iPod on anyway.
