How I Started:
Okay, so I was studying practically all day in school...and in 2001...9-11, I lost the love of my life in the first hit of the twin towers. I then turned to drugs and alcohol to numb the pain. I went thru a horrible year. With the help and support of family and friends I realized that was not the life I was meant to live. I went thru rehab...and never looked back. Each day is now a blessing not to be wasted. I am grateful for my life and for those who have come and gone. Moving forward is the only option.

Cardo is important to burn fat, but too much cardio also makes you burn muscle. Three days of cardio, weight/strength training 3 non-consecutive days a week (use the weekend as a break from it), and 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Too many of the wrong carbs make you gain weight...
