I graduated college and after moving back home realized the "party was over" and I needed to find something to do with my time. I was always a fan of pro wrestling and wanted to be big like th ewrestlers, so I signed up at gold's gym, started reading FLEX magazine and that was that.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging myself and from a selfish perspective, I like to know that I have the discipline to work out regularly and look better at 30+ than almost everyone I know. I like to know that my wife thinks I am the attractive guy, and not look at other guys thinking they look better than I do. Other than that, I just like it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Again, I am married, and it seems that most people think that when they get married, they can "stop trying" and tend to let themselves go. I am of the opposite opinion, and believe that when you are married, you need to work even harder to look good for the person you will be with forever. I also just like looking good.

Seeing some progress, looking a little more defined, so that's good. Haven't cheked my weight, so I don't know if I've put on any actual pounds, but so far so good
Traps and Shoulders later today. Am trying to increase my calories, but keep them "clean", as my genetics tend to slap fat on if I am 2-calories past where I need to be. Looking a little bigger and lifting a lot heavier, but actually weighing less than I have in a while. this...
I lift four days a week. My training split is:
Chest/Shoulders/Abs
Back/Abs
Off
Legs/Ab s
Arms/traps/Abbs
Off
Repeat.
I use only free weights for this workout, as I get the best results from them and have never done a workout that used no machines. The only machine sI will use is a Smith...
