What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I've always thought it would be fun to be a bodybuilder and have the physique of a Greek God on roids but in the real world, a more functional body would probably be a bit more suitable (not to mention more easily attainable). With that being said, I've always thought that Matthew McConaughey's body was a good goal to shoot for. The guy's usually in fairly good shape and looks very natural. What is the best age to start lifting weights?

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I used to workout in increments (1 week on, 1 week off, 1 week on, 2 weeks off). I had no consistency and therefore saw little, if any, results.
It also took me a little while to realize the intensity that was required while working out. I can't tell you how many workouts I spent practically just going through the motions because I didn't know how hard I could, or should, be pushing myself. Thank you for the comment. Yes, for last 6 wks I cut calories; focused on high quality protein. I also changed to and increased free weights each wk. I lift more plus added more cardio.
