Started working out for my wedding 8 yrs ago to lose some weight.
Why I Love It:
Working out relieves my stress. I recently lost 15lbs and like to see the change in the way I look. Now I want to tone up and stay fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read article in fitness magazine such as Oxygen on fit moms such as Francisca Dennis who has 6 six and could manage to stay fit and compete and Jennifer Nicole Lee mother of two who lost 70lbs and won Miss Bikini America.
Yes I'm saying it again. I want to be a p90X grad and complete the full 90 days. Also Oxygen magazine has a Magazine out called " Off the couch". They have a Makeover contest that I would like to win. Prizes: $1,000/ And a chance to appear in an Oxygen magazine article. I want to do it!!!! I want to finally do it. No more allowing the stresses in my life get in the way of my fitness and Life goals.
I want to finally make my goals come true. I'm sitting here at 4:13am, and saying to myself "How come I could never complete my fitness goals?" Why am I asking that @ 4am? My gutt is hanging out and I feel like crap! I do good for a couple of days and mess up my whole plan....
Glad you liked my latest blog. I wrote it when I was really hurting and alone. Food was my comfort...which was STUPID!!! I realize that now and I am getting back on track. I hadn't failed until then and it was a pretty big blow. I hope all is going well with you and you are able to get yourself out of a rut! You got it girl!
