Doing great and still kicking ass! Getting cut up before the xmas season hits! Been intermittent fasting lately and I love it. Check it out if you haven't, might make dieting easier as it has for me.

Thanks man! I lost pretty well all my fat originally without keto, but I'm really enjoying keto now. I recommend everyone at least try it for a few weeks!

Since I started jiu jitsu Tue/Thu I have Mon/Wed/Fri Max-OT split. 30 minutes cardio every weekday. Seems to work great for me!

I plateau'd hard at 12%BF. Carb cycling worked great after that. The fat just melted off once I started carb cycling. Give it a try!

Nope, I don't lift on my carb up days with my current diet. The first week or so you'll feel terrible until you get "fat-adapted". Try two weeks and I'd bet you'll love it.

Thanks man. Yeah, I've been doing keto for like 2 months now and I'm loving it. I'm leaning out quickly and it's easy to stick to. I carb up every weekend and have a ton of energy in the gym. It's great as far as I'm concerned! Everyone should try it for at least a few weeks.

Thanks! Great progress yourself! No bleached hair here, I think the it's just getting sun-bleached. I used to have nearly white blond hair as a kid.

Right now, 7. But that's not my usual. I got my leanest doing 30 min hard cardio every weekday morning and heavy lifting every weekday late afternoon. It's all about diet. Get a diet that you can set on "autopilot" to lose 1-2lbs a week.
