im on a clean bulk tryna get big over the summer, then i'll spend more time working on my physique over the schoolyear:)
Meal 1
6-7 eggs (3 real, 3-4 substitute) with cheddar cheese
1 cup hot oatmeal
8 oz skim milk
Meal 2
1 serving 2% fat greek yogurt w/ mandarin oranges and crushed Balance Bar
1 cup hot oatmeal
1 scoop ON Pro Complex (30g protein)
Meal 3
1 chicken breast drizzled in Italian dressing
1/3 cup green beans
Meal 4
1 serving 2% fat greek yogurt w/ some fruit
1 bowl Oatmeal Crisps cereal w/ skim milk
1 banana on training days (where 4th meal is pre-workout)
Post-Workout
2 scoops ON Hydro Whey (60g fast absorption proteins)
Meal 5
Dinner - could be chicken breast, steak strips, shrimp n pasta, or (rarely) nitrate-free turkey hot dogs
with a serving of mixed veggies
Meal 6
Pre-bed time shake:
1 scoop ON Pro Complex (60g protein)
8 oz skim milk
1.5 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
^all that blended together, it tastes great

Wanna get really big by the schoolyear (September 4th) cuz it's my last year of high school, gotta go BIG
I always hated being the last one picked on P.E. teams, getting bullied/picked on, and not getting taken seriously. I ate and trained like a monster last summer as a rising junior and gained 30 lbs, bringing me from around 130 to 160 (I dropped over the schoolyear due to spending time a lotta time with gf, stress from SATs, hard classes, etc.) i got a lot of compliments and definitely got more respect, but that's not enough. I wanna big the big kid at the gym with a body ready to compete this fall!
sometimes it can be so hard to stay motivated when i'm feeling down or out of it, or just too full to down that next meal, but it always helps to go on the computer and watch bodybuilders like Cutler, Coleman, and Heath train. keeping yourself motivated may be the most important aspect of any goal. gotta keep your head in the game!
