Goin ok bro. Have not been on here much last couple months, too much other stuff going on. Trying to break through some plateaus here. Need to eat more/better. Starting to get cold up here, not liking it. Gonna have to put my sports car in mothballs for the winter soon. :( How you doin?

my bulking has fizzled. Been working 80 hr weeks for a month, but things are slowing down, so hoping to apply myself better in the gym. :)

I'm shrinking, jay. Weighing in in the low 190s these days. been trying to gain, but making no progress. I haven't really put for the proper effort as far as diet goes tho. I'll admit it. How about you? Doing anything different?

i have a wicked cold, I've worked over 50 hrs already this week and it's only Wednesday, and I'm down a couple pounds myself......but I'm about to go hit legs. (p.s. good job, trash. keep it up!)

Doing the best I can. Bulking is hard for me. Not making much headway thus far, but I'll keep ya posted. Trying to focus more on my lats and legs, two of my biggest problems.
Going to an amusement park tomorrow. Browns/Steelers on Sunday. :)

glad you had fun, man. The bulking is progressing slowly, especially since I weighed myself yesterday and discovered I've actually LOST weight. [smacking forehead] Got the tennis elbow thing flaring at the moment, so I'm laying off back and biceps for a bit. Jeez, do the Browns suck. Good lord. Game yesterday was fun tho. How's everything in Fla?

HA HA. Thanks. Well, to be honest, I did try a couple that were similar but they looked ridiculous. The L is too tight in the chest and the XL is better but too long. Just another one of the perils of bench pressing. LOL. You should see me try to find suits. You get a 44 suit and the pants are like 38s. Take them bad boys in that much and I'll just have one pocket in the back. sheesh.
