How I Started:
One of my favorite bodybuildng quotes is: Being the biggest is everything, it's just that being puny and weak really sucks. That's where I was. Got sick of it.
Why I Love It:
Making gains gives a tremendous sense of accomplishment. Working out is a hassle when you first start doing it, but once you start seeing progress and feeling pumped after a hard workout, it becomes an addiction.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about how I used to get picked on and kicked around when I was that little skinny dork. How ya like me now?
BB Accomplishments:
finally hitting 200 lbs.

This is me at ground zero. It's like a train wreck, painful to look at but you just can't turn away. I'm guessing at the date.
Man, my workouts have sucked lately. My back has been hurting for about a month and it's really slowing me down. I've pretty much eliminated legs, because squats, deadlifts and presses aggravate it, and ab workouts are limited for the same reason. Chest doesn't really bother it, but...
Hey DJ ... you look a lot younger than 37 bro. Hope you have gotten past the injury stuff that you mentioned in your blog in July. I struggle with the low back tweaking on my now and then and I have kinda given up on dead lifts myself. I have found that low back problems really slow if I stay intense about working abs. Try hanging ab crunches and planks. Be relentless and work around the injuries dude. You got some good size going.
What's good man? How have things been going for you? I have been still working towards reaching my goals (leaning out first, then gaining muscle). I feel that I am on my way. What's good with you?

thanx bro, appreciate the words. calf size is a bit diminished right now - I tore my right one about 2 1/2 weeks ago, but it's on the mend. keep up the progress.
awesome progress man . add me to your friends list if you would. your progress is something i want to follow and emulate . i welcome and critique or tips you have I can also be reached at doobzkhq@gmail.com. your chest is great and your abs are coming along
Yeah, I think the chest actually looks better with a little BF as long you can keep the abs ripped. I'm already see a drop in my chest but can't wait to see what I look like at the end of the cut. I did not like the no-xplode but love the superpump 250 bro, give it try and stack sizeon and I bet you want be sorry.
DJ, brother I hammered my chest extra hard today gotta catch up to you man. It may be hard this month because of the cutting. I'm sure its going to drop my mass a little. Started superpump 250 and size on this week and notice a much bigger pump than with no-xplode.
Well regardless they are looking huge man. I can't wait to add 3" to my chest ultimate goal is 50" with 20" arms, lol, oh yeah! Right now I'm still cutting and gotta get rid of this gut. down to 177 from 188 and hope to pick the mass gaining back up in Sept. Stay in touch bro and have a great week.
I started having some chest pains and dizziness so I went to the army doctor out here. My blood pressure was extreamely high and I had an irregular heartbeat...so I modified my supplements a bit along with my diet and dropped about 5 1/2 pounds. I'm doing ok now, just gotta be careful. Well you have a pretty full looking chest so once you get the cardio where you want it your gonna look pretty impressive! We pretty much have the same goals.
