One of my favorite bodybuildng quotes is: Being the biggest isn't everything, it's just that being puny and weak really sucks. That's where I was. Got sick of it.
Why I Love It:
Making gains gives a tremendous sense of accomplishment. Working out is a hassle when you first start doing it, but once you start seeing progress and feeling pumped after a hard workout, it becomes an addiction.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about how I used to get picked on and kicked around when I was that little skinny dork. How ya like me now?

I haven't gone heavy on bench in quite some time. I goofed up my shoulder last time I did one of those "increase your bench" programs (see previous post) but things were feeling pretty good, so I decided to try heavy sets last night. FINALLY got 315 up. I know 315 ain't that big...
How the weights coming along?
I've been working hard on staying at a constant weight and trying to gain muscle without too much extra weight. so far so good. Have a great safe 31st man.

Hmm your suppose to be going in the other direction.My college homecoming is coming up so been trying to lean up more so I can catch some people off guard.Yea so um this football thing. It’s really not looking to good on my end my Steelers are trying to work things out and as far as college FSU is really sucking.
