DJToby My Chocolate lab went into labor two days ago and had 12 pups yesterday, 2 stillborn. SO draining. Need to get out of this slump!

Jacquesvisser Hey bro! Thanks man, you look great , too! My program for chest atm is : DB flat bench press 10 sets, 10-12 reps. Dips , 10 sets 10 reps. DB flies 3 sets , 12-15 reps . I am currently in the german volume training program . Go check it out . I have great gains on it ( gained 3 cm on my chest already, only two weeks in the program ). Apr 9, 2013 11:34am

muscleupsteve That's awesome man. Make sure your tearin the gym up like a monster. Throw in alot of calisthenics with the weights to. Try to superset and dropset on alot of your days. Get your recovery time in to and make sure you got some good protein bro. Keep the muscles feedin on protein so they don't feed on your muscles throughout the day and night. Keep me updated. I'm gonna let you know some other good products when i cycle back up again to Mar 13, 2013 4:49am

PAINCATMAN Honestly it blows me away, i'm happy my weight is increasing constantly, i can't wait to see the scale tipping over 176 lbs finally! But i have to admit... i need to join a gym asap.. there's nothing like that feeling of entering the gym all psyched up ready to destroy yourself.
