Goal (Long):
Since I have been working out for a few years now (especially hardcore the past 18mths), my goals are realistic. I make them progressivly on a monthly basis, and like a shark going after a goldfish, I tend to CRUSH them. Oh yea, and superfluous confidence helps a lot haha...
But seriously, {by 12.01.07} my goals are:
Bench- 275 x 6
Incline Bench- 225 x 6
Concentration Curls- 50 (each arm) x 4-5
T-Bar- 4 Plates (+ barbell) x 8
Barbell Military Press- 195 x 6-7
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 12 lb

OK so over the past few months ive come to the realization that I am not, and will never be, a bodybuilder. But im ok with that. Since realizing that my body was not made for bodybuilding (without PH's), Ive toned the hell out of my body, raised my cardio and muscular endurance to record highs....
For your age, test isn't needed. Wait till at least 25, you're towards the end of your peak right now. Do you want to build mass as well as get lean? Creatine will bulk you up and fill your muscles with water and make you look a lot bigger. Nitric oxide will make your pipes flow clean and your veins get bigger. There are several products out there that do both. Looks like you don't need a fat burner; your goal would be to bulk up, get your pumps going. What do you workout with?
as for the supps, looking at EST's methylvol, it contains nitric oxide and testosterone. As for the Gaspari stuff, that is simply GH (growth hormone) and an anabolic.
i was a huge fan of tribal and underground house. also used to spin top 40 club remixes, and of course you have to spin some hip-hop to make the crowd happy. it was a lot of fun and i miss it a lot; unfortunately the club never did any upkeep and the clientele had worsened over the years, so i left... it was probably time anyway.
