How I Started:
Started with boxing and kick boxing when i was a young teenager, eventually progressed towards MMA and grappling, until now most of my gym time was spent developing my Cardio. Now im looking to gain some muscle.
Why I Love It:
Fighting- Because when I'm fighting nothing else in the world matters, at that moment, all life's worries disappear.
Lifting- Lifting helped me trough the hardest point in my life when my best friend was killed, It helped me let all my anger out, and get my life back on track. There's nothing quite like a huge pump or burn :)
