When I Started:
How I Started: I've always been very critical of how I look and have always aspired to take my physique and genetics to the limit without compromising my health. I started to get stronger and improve my athletic performance while also making me feel better about myself.
Why I Love It: I love the challenge and the feeling of knowing that I am responsible for my success and failures. Its an amazing journey of discipline and determination and consistency...
How I Stay Motivated: Always challenging myself with short-term goals. It could be one more rep on a set of a particular exercise, or adding 1-2lbs of additional resistance, or 1/4lb of lean mass. Small, but steady goals cumulatively add up to bigger gains.
BB Accomplishments: Thus far, my most significant accomplishment is working hard consistently to be the best natural bodybuilder I can be.

I just picked up the ON Pro Complex protein and I've been using ON Opti-Men. So far I'm slowly turning most my supplements in to ON. ;) Just seems to be going into the direction. They DO make good things. And you can't beat the price.
