I've always been very critical of how I look and have always aspired to take my physique and genetics to the limit without compromising my health. I started to get stronger and improve my athletic performance while also making me feel better about myself.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and the feeling of knowing that I am responsible for my success and failures. Its an amazing journey of discipline and determination and consistency...
How I Stay Motivated:
Always challenging myself with short-term goals. It could be one more rep on a set of a particular exercise, or adding 1-2lbs of additional resistance, or 1/4lb of lean mass. Small, but steady goals cumulatively add up to bigger gains.
BB Accomplishments:
Thus far, my most significant accomplishment is working hard consistently to be the best natural bodybuilder I can be.

My long term goal remains the same as it always has been. Continue adding lean mass, getting as big as I can without adding unnecessary fat and eventually compete for fun and go pro as a natural competitor.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My workout partners are my internal drive and my ipod. They are the perfect partners. Always on time, never disagree with me, and always there to give me fuel for the fire that burns within and explodes in the gym.My workout partners are my internal drive and my ipod. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I train each set to positive failure shooting for anywhere from 6-15 reps depending on training phase and exercise. I've had great results stimulating the growth of lean mass and gaining strength when training in the 4-6 rep range using very heavy weight. I'll use moderately heavy weight when working in the 8-10 or 10-15 rep range.I train each set to positive failure shooting for anywhere from 6-15 reps depending on training phase and exercise. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I will rest roughly 2-3 minutes between sets. That gives me enough time to catch my breath, adjust resistance for the next set, take a quick drink of water, and use a few seconds to focus and channel my drive for the next set.I will rest roughly 2-3 minutes between sets. In light of the events of my life as of late, I have adopted a much strengthened "carpe diem" attitude. As such, I have made a decision. I have scaled metaphorical mountains in my life and have been faced with a number of difficult times, however I've always tried to remain...
Damn, man you look great. Awesome mass on your chest and size on your arms. You have really inspired me big guy. I want to be just like you. Take care and good luck in achieving all your goals and reaching your personal physique objectives, clearly you are well on your way!
I just picked up the ON Pro Complex protein and I've been using ON Opti-Men. So far I'm slowly turning most my supplements in to ON. ;) Just seems to be going into the direction. They DO make good things. And you can't beat the price.
I see you like ON products. I'm using Opti-Men. What are your views on the other products? Nice back by the way. Something I'm working on. Keep up the work brother.
I got your message and added you to "friends". I change title to blog and uploaded a couple of pictures of Penny. I have enough pictures of Penny, I could change the pictures often. One saying that I use to say or write and could have a double meaning here is end my notes with - Keep it hard!
