Overall Goal: Continue to add lean mass and stay injury free.

When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always been very critical of how I look and have always aspired to take my physique and genetics to the limit without compromising my health. I started to get stronger and improve my athletic performance while also making me feel better about myself.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and the feeling of knowing that I am responsible for my success and failures. Its an amazing journey of discipline and determination and consistency...
How I Stay Motivated:
Always challenging myself with short-term goals. It could be one more rep on a set of a particular exercise, or adding 1-2lbs of additional resistance, or 1/4lb of lean mass. Small, but steady goals cumulatively add up to bigger gains.
BB Accomplishments:
Thus far, my most significant accomplishment is working hard consistently to be the best natural bodybuilder I can be.

What DJINN Is Up To:
Oct 24, 2009
DJINNchanged Weight from 206 lbs. to 207 lbs., a 1 lb. gain in 14 days
My long term goal remains the same as it always has been. Continue adding lean mass, getting as big as I can without adding unnecessary fat and eventually compete for fun and go pro as a natural competitor.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now I am in an "off-season" mode...though I don't really believe in the idea of an "off-season". This simply means that my focus is really on consistently taking in my supplements each day, hitting my macro counts, and not really counting calories...I know that I'm hitting my caloric ranges if I'm hitting my macros. The way my diet sets up, I really only 2-3 solid food meals per day and those consist of whatever I want to eat within reason. The rest of my meals are liquid, which allows me to have supreme control over my macro intake and affords a level of convenience that is difficult to maintain with solid food meals.Right now I am in an "off-season" mode...though I don't really believe in the idea of an "off-season". What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
All in all it boils down to individual taste and seasoning. Personally, I prefer things that I eat every day to be rather bland. Now some would suggest that this is no fun, however for me it prevents me from getting tired of the same old taste. Bland foods may not sound good, however I never tire of the taste and this improves my consistency and long-term success in sticking with the food. All in all it boils down to individual taste and seasoning. The zone. Not the diet fad made popular years ago. Those who engage in war on the battlefield of iron know what I'm talking about. Its that deep, dark place inside that you go to where nothing else seems to exist except for you and the iron.
Thanks man. im working hard on the legs. i know they are growing. pants are getting tighter. calves not growing at the same pace. but still, there is growth!
Damn, man you look great. Awesome mass on your chest and size on your arms. You have really inspired me big guy. I want to be just like you. Take care and good luck in achieving all your goals and reaching your personal physique objectives, clearly you are well on your way!
I just picked up the ON Pro Complex protein and I've been using ON Opti-Men. So far I'm slowly turning most my supplements in to ON. ;) Just seems to be going into the direction. They DO make good things. And you can't beat the price.
