hey!!! Thanks for the great comments on my pics. We should meet up and lift once still when we get back to indiana. P.S. Ed Corney Thought me all the poses in my routine.
Hey thanks for all the great comments lately! I will e sure to yell at the person taking those pictures(about the wierds angle)! See you live around my area we should pump some time.
Yeah, you need to have a 60 to 90 second routine. Last time I used "Cursed by Beauty" from the 300 soundtrack. But you have tons of time think about what music makes you wanna move and show it off. My bud Nate is 9 weeks out and hasn't evenb started on his freestyle routine yet. Knowing how to properly hit your mandatory poses is actually a lot more important, but the judges do watch to see that u put some effort into the freestyle routine.
Now you're talking bro. Gives you until mid June to eat huge and hit those wheels twice a week (hope u r squatting ATG). Yeah a 10 week cut will be all u need. I'm still eating and training to grow, will start cutting in mid may for the sept comp. If u do the novice we may be onstage together! Bring it, tough guy! :)
Run that by me again? A midsummer competition BEFORE you start cutting? Not sure what u mean. FYI, OCB Natural Indiana is in early september, so if u take 12 weeks to cut, you have until late May to keep packing mass on those wheels.
I'm pushing hard with eating and training, will decide in May if I will cut thru the summer to compete in september. U still aiming to compete this season? OCB Circle City if May 31st! My bud Nate is competing, so I'll be backstage as his coach.
