Overall Goal:  Trimming the fat off the remaining muscle I built years ago. Goal is 200lbs by 6/1/2009, raising my lean weight from 165 to 175, which would put me at 12.5% bodyfat.

How I Started:
I was once in better shape and have slacked a great deal getting my career in place. I am not about 37% body fat and 265lbs. The worst was about 280, which was spring 2007. My goal is 200, which will put my at about 15.5% bodyfat with my current lean weight. I am trying to reach a lean weight of 175, which will put me at 12.5% bodyfat so that is my true goal.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling healthy, the extra energy you have when your body has fewer toxins and less crap going in it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have been having trouble staying motivated lately. We have a lot of junk food at work and we go out to lunch most of the week so it makes it hard. Once I am in a routine I will have little trouble sticking with it. Previously I was doing 5 days a week in the gym at 6am and loving it. I just need to get back into that
BB Accomplishments:
Not that great but I weighed 235 with a lean weight of 161.

Goal (Overall):
Trimming the fat off the remaining muscle I built years ago. Goal is 200lbs by 6/1/2009, raising my lean weight from 165 to 175, which would put me at 12.5% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I am currently the largest I have ever been and aside from just feeling gross I am very uncomfortable most of the day. With the muscle I put on 2 years ago I am at 165 lean mass and I would like to sit around 200lbs total with a lean mass of 175. If I meet those numbers I will be at 12.5% bodyfat.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 70 lb
