Trimming the fat off the remaining muscle I built years ago. Goal is 200lbs by 12/30/2007, raising my lean weight from 170 to 180, which would put me at 10% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I am currently the largest I have ever been and aside from just feeling gross I am very uncomfortable most of the day. With the muscle I put on 2 years ago I am at 170 lean mass and I would like to sit around 200lbs total with a lean mass of 180. If I meet those numbers I will be at 10% bodyfat. My current situation keeps me from eating healthy, so that is one of my major goals, to regain the feeling I had when I was eating healthy.
