jeez, your website is phenomenal. How long did that take to set up and did u do it yourself? AND, has the site helped with your modeling exposure/client interest?

4% Bodyfat. That is...incredible. you looked real good. getting up to 210 is a great goal. I'll be checking in. I'm on a return quest to get "channels" in my abs. have been working out and healthy, but not committed to a specific goal like i would want.

i'm starting a new 5 day split where i'm (get this) splitting up my arms. one day is for triceps alone and one solely for biceeps. i would like to bring up my arms some so i'm trying something a little out the box. so u live in manhattan too or just work down on wall st.?

congratulations on the second place finish! we didn't get a chance to speak at the show, but ur hard work was def. impressive to see first hand. i was the 3rd place finisher in the fitness model category (i don't know if u remember). an yeh, bethlehem is/was more beautiful than i thought.
