Continue to improve my physique. Would like to continue to lean out more. Am very pleased with my progress and can now, through these months of practice, control my eating (i.e. no carbs at night), so i want to continue with that. If there is another competition in a few months i would considering answering that, but to get my face out there in the fitness modeling world would be great too.

no, i have just heard of scrapple - i would never actually eat it! lol. the italian market in s. philly is awesome. i am orig from the west - cali and then idaho (where bb.com is headquartered!). bodybuilding.com has the most complete list of comps. there is an npc show here in nyc in april. check it out. i'm doing the montreal comp in april. gonna get my pro card, then compete nationals in canada and then miami in oct 08. i wanna be a real show stopper!

i live here too. i have the world's best commute a 7 min. walk to work! nice strategy on the splitting of the arms!! work 'em hard baby - then next time you'll get first! when/where are you competing next?

Then, this morning I did something different. Instead of my usual cardio, I lifted this morning. Shoulders and back. Finally got some lifting straps so I can lift heavier on the lat pull downs and cable row...

yea man its been a journey...you witnessed it...lol....but yea dude im totally stoked...i have my routine good to go..just gotta work on holding mandatories for a good bit so there isnt no shaking...but hows the training your way?
