Am working on getting back into a better, more regular routine. Will update accordingly, but I'm thinking that a consistent 3-4 day/week schedule will work out the best.

Keep up the good work! I was wondering about Casein. How long before bed do you take it? I ask because I also find myself so hungry before bed that I usually end up eating crap and ruining any progress that I made that day. I was wondering if Casein was fulfilling enough to hold me over for a few hours before bed?
Well, I am a little under 6'2" and I came in weighing 180.4pounds at around 4 percent body fat. I'm back up to 210 already and about 9 percent body fat. I did 2 shows, finished 6th out of 8 in one, Missed my weight class though, that is why. and 2nd, in one division and 3rd in another of my second show. Looking to come in bigger and leaner next year!

no, i have just heard of scrapple - i would never actually eat it! lol. the italian market in s. philly is awesome. i am orig from the west - cali and then idaho (where bb.com is headquartered!). bodybuilding.com has the most complete list of comps. there is an npc show here in nyc in april. check it out. i'm doing the montreal comp in april. gonna get my pro card, then compete nationals in canada and then miami in oct 08. i wanna be a real show stopper!

Then, this morning I did something different. Instead of my usual cardio, I lifted this morning. Shoulders and back. Finally got some lifting straps so I can lift heavier on the lat pull downs and cable row...
