Gym Location:

When I Started:
2003
How I Started:
I always hated being scrauny. In high school I was in sports and got a little taste of lifting, but when I left for college I gained some free time to start hitting the weights and trying to put on some size.
Why I Love It:
The results. If I don't work out a feel lazy. It helps releive a lot of the stress from school and work. I'm a physical person so pushing a pencil or computer mouse all day doesn't work for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I quit lifting & eating I loose muscle/weight fast. I'm sick of being called the tall skinny guy.
BB Accomplishments:
NONE- I've just started my last year of school to finish my masters. I want to focus on school and lifting and see what my full potential is. I would like to see if I could actually get in shape enough to try a competition.

This was taken in Croatia five weeks after I had back surgery from a car accident. 178lbs
This photo was taken about a month after I stopped partying with the college friends (with the exception of New Years). I went from 205 lbs to 225 lbs in that short amount of time.
I need new motivation! I know I'm skinny and need bigger legs so, I would apreitiate some constructive criticism. So please pic me apart and tell me how to improve. Thanks
Goal (Long):
Currently 225 with a 10% bodyfat. Want to reach 5.5% at 220.
LOL!!! :) Keep going. Maybe try some meal replacement shakes or protein powders that have like 50g CHO and 40g protein and BCAAs, so that you're not having to eat SOLID food all the time; it may make getting the calories in easier.
Right, how was your week in Roatan? And how's the training been since you got back, or are you hard at work on your thesis? Make sure you're getting in the sleep; I've been doing so much better now that I AM sleeping! Let me know what's up, k, J xx
