What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
Upper- weighted crunch machine.. Lower- hanging leg raises superset with hanging twisting knee raises
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually stay in the 8-15 range, though sometimes I'll go lower on a very heavy set. Generally, sets of 8-12 hard reps give me the best pumps
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
Loud Cell Phone Guy... hang your damn phone up and work out or GTFO!!!
