How I Started:
am in bad shape long ago & always wanted 2 lose wieght .when i went 2 college i was 104kg.i was thinking about diet but i didnt know anything about it 1 of my friends told me 2 go with him 2 a doctor that set diets it was a crash diet i lost 3 kg & left.after that i lost 14kg by my self.
& once agian went 2 another doctor & lost 10kg .i wasnt happy with my body and start 2 think about Working Out but i didnt know about it either.& some time when i was on the net i found abook named ~BFFM~ a very nice book about Bodybuilding i read it and learned alot. & now am applyng.
Why I Love It:
the way it ganna makes me look & the heat that u cant get rid of it unless u workout
How I Stay Motivated:
by keep in mind that am not ganna quit till i reach my goal
Anytime mate, no problem at all. I had another injury..tricep pull-GRRR!! But this has not slowed the progress and hit 80kg /176lbslast week which is basically 8.5kg/18.7lbs increase in lean mass since April. I hoping to get at least another 3lbs soon but eating like a horse to allow for this.
Hey! I sent you a message pertaining to your question. But, I just noticed that you read BFFM. I am actually trying to follow what is outlined in the book now.
Sure I will help out! But let’s do this in bite size pieces for me and you. List your priorities and then figure out which is the most important and we will work that first. I.E. loose body fat, again muscle, lift more weight, etc...
Every week I keep making solid progress with strength and still growing and maintaining bodyfat levels. Just posted some updated stats and pics last week to coincide with my 6 months. Yea im training for a few in may and june in this area. Training has been going pretty well...im on the start of my 4th wk and have already lost 5 inches, 2% bf and 4 lbs w the help of my trainer! cant wait!
Hey whats up? Im here dont worry! i didnt go any where! I have been super busy with training, school, n work full time. Its absolutely nuts. Rite now im battling an illness and i have had to take a few days off from the gym :( I miss it already!
