Least Muscular Pose - 64kg's/140.8 Lbs. Rear Double Biceps - 240 Lbs.
This was shortly before I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes,age 17,wheighing 64kg's/140.8 Lbs. Thinking I was looking quite ripped(TOO THE BONE YES). Having no idea of my condition yet.Progress pics to FILL the gap between here and 09 2 come...Excuse the quality,photo had to be scanned.

2006 W.P. (Provincials) Propably hardest i've been,night right after show.Better than onstage. 93kg's/205 Lbs.

4 Day's prior to W.p. bodybuilding show. Dropped about 3kg's of water the last 3 days running up to the show on the 18th of August 2007. And bfat % was about 6% 2weeks prior to show,losing about a percent a week.

2 days prior to Western Province show(qualifying for sa's) wheighed in at 95kg's/209.4Lbs. bfat unknown at the time,2 weeks prior to this show i think it was at about 6%,dropping by a percent a week.

Looking a bit offseasonish,puffy and pale. Not drinking enough water either. So even at my current 8% bfat i don't look very lean.
