What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
poor technique However mine I'm sure was in part due to being so lean and dry from a previous show. What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Everthing responding ok. Still sucks not being able to train with 100% effert. I have to always hold back a little tingle or pull and I just back off the weight or go to a different exercise. Only been training chest again the last 3 weeks. Hopefully in a month or so I'll be able to train with...
Not much new, eaten my leaner side away so got to cut carbs and increase fat burn to get back to a state where I'm happy :) You good, over you injury??
I've been doing the same! Getting around a bum shoulder with compound sets, drop sets, and 30 sec rest. I think by the time I hit my goal weight I should be able to start actually moving some weigh again. I can only be proud of flat pressing 60's for 20 for so long!!
