Twice a week = Plenty of Rest
My gym has different days for guys and girls. I workout on my lunch break so it works out that I can only go twice a week. My two day split is:
Tuesday: Chest, Tris, Shoulders (front delts)
Thursdays: Back, Bis, Shoulders (rear delts), Traps
I alternate excercises about every two weeks. I also normally fit in a set of legs or abs each day also.

I've had a hard time finding a protein that I like. Taste was not the issues as much as dreading drinking it after I got done working out and a slow gains.
The answer.... Carnivore. A buddy of mine turned me onto this, although it is a little more expensive it has creatine in it naturally so I don't have to supplement as much. It is clear after shaking it up and is as easy to drink as fruit juice. Awesome product. Blue Raspberry is by far my favorite.
Creatine. I also started a creatine cycle at the beginning on March 2012. For this I am using optimum nutrition's creatine monohydrate. 240 servings for a great price.
I also take Omega-3 (spring valley brand), a weight gainer a couple times a week and body fortress protein. I mainly take these at night, and sometimes I just use oatmeal and milk in a shake.
