originally started boxing at age 11 but due to health dificulties i was forced to stop. attended local leisure centre at 16 but only for general fitness. due to illness caused by work i lost 26 pound in weight droping me to 110 pound. and my health suffered too started attending gym to gain muscle weight and caught the building bug.
Why I Love It:
it gives me a sence of achievement and satisfaction wen i look in the mirror or a freind will say how good im looking its also a good way to release any tension or anger i might have.
How I Stay Motivated:
all my life i had people tell me im nothin. i was bullied in school and didnt gain any real freinds til later on in life. i was always told i wouldnt make anything of my life. also with a control freak of a father i wasnt allowed to have my own mind and became shy and weak mentally. it all boils down to healty body healthy mind.
BB Accomplishments:
since i first walked into a gym 11 years ago i improved my body and became my own person and a proud father i have indipendence and a career. made freinds but most inportantly im not that skinny little boy i was im a proud person who has used bodybuilding to become a man of my own. if thats not an accomplishment i dont know what is.

Thank you so very much for you incredibly kind and very complimentary words. I have a hard time believing I have earned them but I am honoured to receive them from you. I wish you much success at all you do and look forward to watching you progressing.
Check that link I posted in my comment. It's to a post that has what I was eating daily. Subtle changes, but over all it was around 4900-5100 a day. My work schedule is never the same so that screws things all the time.
Hey Dean. Really I only changed up 2 things recently. I just ran 2 bottles of Tren Xtreme (4 caps/day) from American Cellular Labs, which I loved! No negative sides at all (it's all in my blog). Also, I ramped my calories up to around 5100/day keeping it fairly clean.: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ showpost.php?p=134096761&p ostc ount=497
7,000 is no prob, the occassional double or triple cheeseburger will get you there quick. 10,000 is what's tough.lol. Yeah man I'll work on sending you over an example of how I get to 7 grand in a day. It'll be later though.. have some stuff to do right now.
Thanks alot man. I have a really fast metabolism (like yourself) so unless I am trying to get really lean I eat lots. 7,000 calories plus. Hell, I'm cutting fat right now and I'm still eating 4,000. Eat big and lift big bro. Put those with 9 hours of sleep a day and you'll get there!
good progress, getting more definition, overall nice lean body. I know you probably want more fast, but it takes time and you'll get there. Take good care of yourfelf. All the best!
Sorry about your job but congrats on your daughter, they are the most precious lil things, so tiny at that age.. well done! Hey, jobs come and go so don't worry - if you know you're not at fault it's easy to just let it go and carry on :)
