How I Started:
I didn't start working out unitll my senior year in highschool. I gained about 25 pounds and was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I just like seeing the results and changes in my body. I love nothing more than the pump I have when leaving the gym.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I try to eat as much healthy foods as I can. Im not on a strict diet. I dont count calories or carbs. I make sure I eat healthy and take my supps.
