I started lifting weights back when I was playing baseball in college. Not only had it changed my appearance; But its help make me a better person.

i train at best fitness in albany. i moved up here back in august. hating off season... feels like im still in training for a show except i get some carbs i want real food!!! cant wait for thanksgiving :)mmmmmmmmmm... lol. hope you enjoy yours.. stuff your face til you puke!! haha

I have never competed bro - but 4 weeks will give you time to work on the legs a bit - you do have more mass in teh upper for sur e- but your legs are not bad by a long shot man .... you make be surprised on contest day taht it all jsut falls it to place - so rocks your doing a show period!
