ehh broo i tried size on ... ive only used it for 3 workouts and the results are SO INTENSE ive never used a product like it thanks for the review its a fuken sweet product and i bought Fruit punch its good :) i think i would of preferred Lemon Ice tho
can u tell the difference between the 2 pictures though man? its pretty hard for me to tell i cant see much difference do u think i honestally look around 9.9% B.F. there?
ur maintainence is about 2100? im taken in 2000 granted im doing an hour of HITT training 3 times a week. its nice to pound back 2000 and loose :) lol but it should start shredding off my abs more in the next few weeks tomorrow i take my waste ( at widest point ) and get bodyfat levels tested. ive probalu dropped 11 pounds in 6 weeks :)
ehh buddy its me again im about to weigh my self in saturda morning and get my bodyfat checked i lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks this wont continue at that rate but how many cals u think i shold be taken in for the next 3 weeks im doen high intensity workouts for 1Hr. to switch it up on my body but i increased my cals to bout 2000-2100 cuz of that. i probaly burn 900-1000 in a session 2 times a week. ill let you no ware im at and wut not after saturday and how have you been goen.
ehh broo i ordered 1 bottle of Xtreme lean and im gona take 1 3 times daily 1 morning 4 hours after then 1 before bed again. while taking this like you said it makes fat and carbs first choice to break down so does this mean i can get away with high intensidy cardio training and get better fatloss results with it. ?
alrite ill get to that right after week 5 of my program. and also i was wondering when i start up my bulk again for my post workout meals ( at the gym b4 i leave ) id down a Whey isolate shake ( 23 grams ) with gaderaid 3 peices of bread and 3 rice cakes than an hour later have a 1000 calorie mass gainer ( 170 grams carbs and 52 protein ) with digestive enzymes. thats wut im thinken im looken for insites on that to. thanks for all the help man and i always study 1 while im in the other
thanks for the advice it will help keep me going... for the next 2 weeks im sticking with low low intensidy cardio and keeping my cals around 18-1900. then for the next 5 ( cardio ) workouts i was thinking of doing strait HITT Training burning like 800-900 cals a hour for all 5 of the workouts then goen bak to low intensity again. think its a good idea to shred an extra pound or 2?
i no im upping my calories and maken my cardio lighter im aiming for 1.5 pounds a week or so. and how long does it take before you start notticing your sthomach change neways im asuming pastthe half way point in the cut cycle cuz it normally comes off everyware else first correct?

broo you were sure right about the ECA Stack this is rediculas.... in the last 30days according to reccords ive trimmed off 11.2 pounds?!?!?!? and im never feeling hungry and my 3 cardio workouts are low intensity for an hour3 times a week. i might switch up and do HITT Training for 4-6 workouts then go bak to low intensidy for the final 4 weeks of the program im un sure tho this is working GREAT!!!! how are you doing
ehh broo im entering the 4th week of my cutdown ive cut 6 pounds in 4 weeks and o feel often like not alot is commen off my sthomach wut happens do you just get to a point ware u loose so much in other places that it jus starts shredden off the sthomach 6 or 7 weeks in the cut? get bak to me on that and im getten my bodyfat tested minus 19 days :P lol

ya broo it deffinatally is some crazy S**T im useing it for 3 more weeks, then 2 weeks off and in the final 3 - 4 weeks of my cuts program im gona order the extreme lean you told me about wut effects do u think it will have in the final 1/3 of my cut program?
ill order me a bottle and yaa broo im cutting on 16-1800 per day give or take daily but i seem to be cutting very well... im also loosing fast bout 5 pounds in 2 weeks but ive been on that ECA Stack i told you about with some other **** its a compound mix but theres 25MG Epherda 300 caffiene and asprin is also in the compound but im unsure of the amount. it helps hunger a bit and i assume thats why im loosing so quick wut do u think
