Overall Goal: I want to be in shape for the academy by the time I get off this rock. I want to feel like I define the word "fitness". I want to be something like... a chick FREAK.
Fit Status:
put half an inch on my arms! and my lats are starting to come out!
I've always been into weight training but I stopped around the time I joined the AF in 2006. It took some time before it caught up to me, but it did, and now it's time to reverse the damage.
Why I Love It:
It's the only pain that feels good.
How I Stay Motivated:
My magazines! I read M&F his and hers, Oxygen, Women's Health, Runner's World and Clean Eating.
BB Accomplishments:
None, really. I used to have a decent back... one I really liked.

Goal (Long):
I have recently found a great gym partner. With his motivation and knowledge, along with my motivation and knowledge we have not missed a single day since we started 2 months ago. We have a great partnership going and I can't wait to see the results. I'm working on getting in shape for the academy and I'm really loving the feeling of power lifting, so I'm just experimenting with it and seeing where it will take my body. I have new goals and I'm excited for the outcome.
