How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
4-8. I like to go as heavy as possible and keep it in the 4-6 range, but if I can get another two or more reps in any set I go for it.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
On average two to three minutes.
What is your favorite bicep building exercise?
