Overall Goal: Refocused,Blessed, and Dedicated to being the best Athlete,Man,Personal Trainer i can possibly be, and to help show my Friends(clients) the way..Grinding time..next up..13.5%BF down to 10% by August..can i do it?
Fit Status:
Getting back on track..focused for semi pro football season..been away a minute but im back better than ever
I actually got started during Jr.High Wrestling where we did alot of calisthenics and once a week our coach woud take us in the weight room at 5:30 a.m and teach the kids who wanted to learn the proper techniques. Later when i decided to try my hand at football my cousin who was a All-American running back would train me in our basement when he would come and visit. He bought me a fake weight set and it has been on and poppin ever since. Then came highschool football, but not until college did i really hit the weights hard. All of my other teamates were from fla and texas, cali and what not and were blazing fast so i knew my only way as a 5'11 166lb tight end playing wr/rb/te. was to hit the weights hard and thats what i did.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the ways you can change your body and gain strength,flexibility,endurance, all of those things..It is a great feeling to go from having no cuts to seeing the first one.. It is always a GREAT way for me to releive my stress and hopefully because im still working..reach my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Many people on here show me that all is possible..MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT ZUMI..my boy RICE, and many othersi just look at it as with me being in the field of fitness knowing my body is my billboard, so that is why i am on the quest for the best body that i am able to produce.. Health is Wealth, we will all die one day, but i at least would like to live them as long and as fruitful as possible.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't compete so i would have to say going from a college freshman 195 lb max to a senior finishing at 285. And even though my lifts aren't that heavy, learning the techniques of the olympic lifts which i love.

Goal (Long):
Overall it is to get a better grasp on nutrition and knowing that i can have bad days as long as i make them up. I want to really focus on getting leaner and eating cleaner. My main focus point would have to be my small legs and my stomach. But im going with a overall change here but those are my most unliked areas. I want to overall be leaner,stronger and faster while still keeping my weight range no higher than 5lbs and no lower than 15
Today was a Cardio day in which i did 15 minutes on the treadmill with alternating inclines, than 45 minutes on the elliptical..finished with some core and Biggest Loser Yoga....
Hey there! Training more with weights in the morning with a little HIIT cardio inbetween sets and some cardio in the pm....its a 4 week plan and still hoping to see results. how are you?
