Moving can be tough, but good for you in keeping active - even if just some basic moves. You'll appreciate it when you get back in the gym! I'm doing okay overall. My weight and fat are still going down, but my energy has been down a bit lately too. Time to tweak the diet a little I think!

Aw, thanks!! You will never belive why i wasnt there...kinda sucks actualy. SO you know i work at the bar right? well i am being trained to make drinks, ect...the senior bartender made me "test" all the beers and then obviously i couldnt drive to the gym..i was supposed to get off at 10pm, and meet Shaun at the gym...i ended up getting off at 4am!!!

You should totaly come box at the gym i go to. Its n Redwood. Idk about any wrestling clubs, id love to start one though. I do jujitsu at stanford too..on sundays. You could come to that too! Its all levels ages and genders. Very low key. Ill send you my number in a message so you can text me if you want to come tomorrow. It's a 2:30pm. :)

Thanks - it's always hard for me to believe that anyone would want my physique, but hey I'll take your comment as the truth! I'm looking forward to seeing your progress pictures, I'm betting that your progress is more apparent than you realize. Keep pushing the big weight!

I'm not sure that I'd say I've been training hard but I've been training. I'm glad that it sounds like things are going very well with you. It's always tough to make the decision between cutting and gaining so my opinion is that as long as you have definition keep packing on the size. But be careful not to fall into the "mass at all costs" mindset! Good luck and keep up the great work.

Just saw that you stopped by my site. Looks like you've been doing some good work in the gym since you've last been active here. Nice increases in your lifts and your bodyweight. Good new goal, too! Keep up the great work and let me know how it's going when you have a chance.

No, 8 its kinda busy but by 8:30 9pm t clears out and if you are willing to workout as late at 9:30 0r 10pm its perfect...no one but the late nighters.

Oh wow..you're right. we do go to the same gym...idk if i have seen you around cause i cant see your face. lol BUt if you ever see me you should say hello! I work out at nights almost everynight ( after 8pm) Nice meeting you and good luck with your goals. ( put some more pics up!)
