Ok so I've been seriously at this thing for two weeks with only 2 days of rest in between. So now its back to 5 and 2's. I've been feeling good so far. I have a few areas that need attention, other than that its going smooth. Dieting is the one thing that everyone should stick with.
Let me see vacation suggestions...hard to say I like going any place there's blue water, LOL...I've heard a lot of people say good things about Brazil(most guys seem to like it a lot, LOL)...Cancun's the furthest I've been so far(it very Americanized)...I am looking forward to making it to DR @ some point this year - I like a cultural experience. Let me know what places your thinking of:)

Thx for the luv man! I was back in the gym today! Couldn't help it. But I was as careful as I could be, just trained upper body and stayed off my foot as much as realistic. But no way am I going to let my hard work go down the toilet. But I also don't want to cause permanent injury, well no more than I already had anyway lol.
Hi I won't be able to do the show. I suffered a serious injury while training. I'm bummed and very heartbroken about it. But thanks so much for your support. I am taking the time to heal so I can safely compete in Figure in July.
I am fine just getting ready to start this high protein thing for the next 2 weeks. Yep I have to do this. I do look at that program very interesting. I might trying that once I finish this protein stage. I have to keep the protein up otherwise the fat will start holding. So this final stage will require this. Yep gotta to do it.
