I do not know much italian but my parents do and my grandparents mannnnnnn i cant even understand them lol its cool tho i love being italian! even with what you think bad genetics with the right nutrtion plan for your genetics and proper training anythen is possible bro!! you know about endomorphs, ectomorphs, and mesomorph?
