Hey Honey, I sent you a mesg on here about 10 days ago, Did you get it, if not i'll resend. I have actually extended the exam deadline by another 90 days, as i thought i would be ready by now, but so much to learn and have been so busy with work, but dont worry been studying my butt off and know that by the end of april i will be ready.

www.nasm.org They have all te courses listed there online and from the time you order the course you have 120 days to take exam. Yeah bro hit me up any time for advise and info on the course.Peace.Jay

Thanks Bro, Yeah i take my exam end of march, The good thing about te CPT NASM course is you study in your own time and when you feel ready you book to take exam. Definitely recommend you doing the NASM as its the most recognised and best out there. Let me know if you need any info.Peace.Jay

Thats right we never did, Lets resume that conversation next week Hon. Yes NYC is nice, not as cold as before. Been bulking up with a weight gainer, aiming for the 200Lbs mark, and concentrating on low weigths very high reps and killing it on the abs.
