No worries at all Jay. :) I heard the weather is warming up nicely there, finally! Hope all is well with you, and good luck on the exam. Thanks for staying in touch. xoxox Demetria
Passed it ... I actually thought that the practice exams [which I took about a half dozen times prior] was tougher than the actual exam. Just make sure you study! I spent about 30 hours or so reviewing in the book and rewatching the vids. You should not have a problem if you have been applying yourself.
Oh, one more thing. I've got a new furniture obsession--I know I should have bought it before I left NYC, but I was a fool! It's called the 'Living Tower' be Verner Panton. Have you seen this thing? I'm drooling, but it would cost more to ship it here than for the piece itself. Cut and paste... http://tinyurl.com/cxk3bw
No Jay, I didn't get that mail. Was is a private message? Hope you're doing well, and that it's finally springtime in Brooklyn. I loved Park slope in the spring, everyone would come out and drink their coffees. There was that one place, Connecticut Muffin where all the folks would hang out when the weather was warm. Ahh, and I miss the Barnes and Noble there too. Hope the studies are coming along well, keep up the good work and kiss some gorgeous furniture for me. :P
Hey Jay! Been missing you and wondering how you've been. Hope all is well, and that you're still studying hard. You're about two weeks from the exams, right? Best of luck to you, but I know you'll do great. Hopefully the weather is clearing up on your end as well. Miss you lots, but thinking of you often. Don't forget me, okay? xoxo Demetria
Hey Jay. Sorry it took awhile to get back to you. For the NASM exam you want to focus on The Overhead Squat Assessment and Program Design a lot. Most of the test questions are on that. There are also a few on Special populations, but the design and assessment were big on the exam. If you have the chance, I recommend taking the workshop. It makes is a lot easier
Hi Jay! You must be buried over there under all that snow, so I'm sending the Aloha right away to melt it all. How are you dear one? Have you taken your exam yet? I miss you. Take care, stay warm and have a wonderful week my friend. xoxo Demetria
Jay, thank you! Happy Valentine's Day to you too dear one. Hey, we never finished talking interiors. I hear the weather is getting nicer over there, the coats will be coming off soon. Big hugs, and I hope you have a great weekend! xoxo Demetria
